Working out on a regular basis is good for so many reasons, but one of the reasons that I hate working out--other than lethargy--is BACNE! UGH! I'm sure it's due to working out/sweating while there's oil and dead skin on my body, but if I showered before I worked out, it would dry out my skin and hair since I shower right after.
Have any of you found some way to prevent this embarrassing condition?

lotion works for me. something that's not scented or oily like lubriderm. after i got tattoos, i would have to lotion them constantly and i noticed the skin around them became more soft and smooth and less blemished than other areas. since then, i practically lotion my entire body once when i get up and another after i shower. haha

ReplyDeleteCostco also has this pretty cheap acne free stuff that you can try bathing with after your workout, if it starts getting worse. GL! =)

ReplyDeleteIt's just annoying cause it's tank top/slightly-backless shirt season, and it would be nice to have perfect skin on my upper back :) Also, someone I know was having a discussion on how gross it is when girls have bacne, but guys can have it and it isn't disgusting...
guys can get away with anything! stupid double standard -_-
